credit card provides a low starting annual percentage

The Standard Platinum Mastercard
offers lower rate for balance transfers made in the first six
months on taking out the card. Other benefits include a zero percent
introductory rate.
The Premier Mastercard
– if you have a solid, perhaps not outstanding,
credit history then Capital one will welcome you to take out this
card. They offer a low annual percentage rate for the life of
balance transfers (which have been made during the introductory
period).

– no annual fee and a wide choice of stylish designs.
