For Christmas I Want A 0% Credit Card

Do you think that the 0% credit card deals that almost every credit card was offering us at one point was all your Christmases coming at once?

If so you may find to your cost later that your little flexible friend is an impostor, who will take more from you than what it gives, speculate to accumulate, I think it’s called and the 0% credit card will only take you by the hand and skip you down the road to debt, as it lulls you into a false sense of security of thinking that your finances are on track, were really you will look to the next 0% deal to service the debt that you have failed to pay off on the last 0% credit card.

If this is what is currently the position that you find yourself in, then the best way to deal with your debt is to say farewell and leave behind your little plastic buddy with 0% an try to deal with the debt, rather than simply move it around, which at the end of the day are only going to add to the debt that you have, as most credit card companies now charge for the use of they’re balance transfer facilities, this is being done to try and rake in some of the cash that the banks and credit card issuers are losing as well to the serial credit card jumpers (Rate Tarts) and also to real in some of those to be a more loyal customer.

Though most of our credit card issuer friends, have now turned to a fee for they’re balance transfer service, there are still those who are offering the 0% balance transfer, free from any charge, Abbey are one of those who are not charging a transfer fee and are offering 9 months interest free, which reverts to an APR of 15.9% when the grace period is over, which is an interest rate that you will probably not wish to have applied to your balance.
